Time in Industry: 9 Years

• I’ve been in the industry and worked at Fresh for almost 9 years now. I started as an assistant and worked my way from the bottom through the training program that was in place at the time. I assisted for about 2 years before starting full-time on the floor taking my own clients.
• I worked my way through the level system here at Fresh until I made master stylist.
• Just in April this year Taylor and I purchased the salon and are so happy doing so. We already have felt like it’s our own for so long and it’s a second home for us!
• My goal is to lead our stylists into becoming the stylists they want to be and help them achieve their goals. I also enjoy still working behind the chair, which ultimately is my passion and where I get to be creative and to teach. I’m always taking new clients I don’t want to stop myself growing ever by staying stagnant.
