In order to reserve an appointment, we require a $50 non-refundable reservation fee and a credit card on file. This deposit can be used towards your services the day of your appointment. If you cancel or no-show within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and must place an additional $50 reservation fee in order to reschedule your appointment.

At Fresh, we aim to provide exceptional service to all our clients while managing our stylists’ schedules efficiently. To support this, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services. Your $50 reservation fee will be applied to this charge. This helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
  • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled services. Your $50 reservation fee will be applied to this charge.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the time of our stylists and helping us maintain an efficient schedule for everyone.

We run very efficient schedules at Fresh and we ask that every guest arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. New clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior so that you have time for a tour of our salon and spa. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may forfeit some service time. (For example, your stylist might need to do a partial highlight instead of a full). If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will potentially forfeit your appointment and $50 reservation fee, and you will need to reschedule.

Please download the ParkMobile app on your phone and create an account with your credit card and license plate number. With this app, you can pay quickly and efficiently from your phone. If you prefer not to download the app, there are parking meters where you can pay with a credit card, but please keep in mind the extra time it will take, and plan to arrive 5 minutes sooner. If you are not able to find street parking, there is a paid parking garage available in the Wells Fargo building at a higher hourly rate.

Children are only permitted in the salon or spa when having a service. No child under 12 may accompany you to your appointment. We ask our guests to please understand that this is for the safety of their children in our professional environment and to ensure our other guests have a relaxing experience at Fresh.

Please inform us when scheduling any health conditions, allergies, special needs, or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us, and some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.

Hair products only (excluding brushes and tools) may be exchanged for products of equal or greater value.

Gift cards are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The value of a gift card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. Occasionally, the price of a service may change; however, gift cards will still retain their original value.

Per Chapter 477 Section 61G5-20.002 of the Florida Statutes and the Board of Cosmetology, “no animals or pets shall be allowed in a salon, with the exception of service animals.” Service animals are allowed on property as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) with guidelines set forth by the Department of Justice. 

A service animal is defined as an animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with special needs.
